Insurance and Payment

Most insurance companies offer some benefit for neuropsychological assessment, but insurance providers and plans vary considerably in what services they cover and the amount of reimbursement provided for each service. There are a number of billing codes that can be used to bill a service and the amount of reimbursement will sometimes depend upon the diagnosis that is made at the time of the evaluation. Our office is experienced in researching the benefits and limitations of your plan and we would be happy to assist you in this regard. Dr. Dahmer-White is contracted with many major insurance programs including:

• Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield
• Premera
• WA State Labor and Industries
• First Choice Medical Network
• Cigna Medical
• Medicare

If you were injured in an automobile accident, we will remit claims to the Auto Insurance Carrier but we cannot accept any liens in the event that the Personal Injury benefit is exhausted.

A medical referral is preferred and often required for insurance reimbursement.

Co-pays are expected and will be requested at the time of service.   Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
